Flight #1 — Wine Appreciation Course What’s the enigma? Why the stigma? Let’s step into the world of wine, and approach it from a user-friendly point of view. Your Host Thomas Mastrianni “Mastro” and a special guest wine expert will take you through the world of wine, covering the basics and helping you to understand many questions regarding this often confusing subject: How do I purchase wine in a restaurant or wine shop? How do I read a wine list? How do I get the most out of my experience? Additionally, a tasting workshop featuring 6 wine selections will assist you in understanding how wine is evaluated, assessed and appreciated from a unique, approachable and fun point of view.

Flight #2 — Boutique Italian Wine Initiative Whether it’s the climate, the soil, the food, the people, or the beauty of the region, there is so much to love about Italy and their wines. Your Host Thomas Mastrianni “Mastro” and a special guest wine expert will take you through wines from small production wineries in Italy. There will be a focus on handcrafted boutique specialty wines from indigenous grape varietals that are unique to their regions. A tasting of some of the top boutique producers in Italy will be featured.

Flight #3 — Sparkling Wine and Champagne Course It’s that time of year and whether your campaign is Champagne or you are harkening in the sparkling, then this class is for you. The history, the elegance, the beauty and mystique of such a storied beverage should be appreciated.
