2006 Pine Ridge Dijon Clones Chardonnay
2006 Pine Ridge Dijon Clones Chardonnay
Pine Ridge was one of the first wineries to pair French Dijon clones with Carneros soils, which in combination with utilizing a system of controlled stress yields intense fruit flavors from smaller berries. The result is a California Chardonnay that is stylistically original, a perfect marriage of both French and California winemaking regions.

“Made solidly in the ripe, oaky style, this Chard does a good job at flattering the palate with its fat, oily quality. Shows its terroir with crisp acidity and bright flavors of apricots and pineapples.”

2005 Badge Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir
2005 Badge Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir
Bruno D Alfonso, the former long-time winemaker at Sanford has released his second Pinot Noir, called Badge after the Cream song written by George Harrison and Eric Clapton. One of our favorites here at All Corked Up, it is rich and concentrated with firm tannins. In the glass, a tantalizing ambrosia of succulent red and black fruits mingles with nose tingling aromas of warm ginger, vanilla, smoke, cola and black pepper.
