2007 Hess Collection Chardonnay Su’Skol
The Su’skol Vineyard benefits from its proximity to the San Francisco Bay. The vineyard is named for the native American Su’skol people. All Hess Estate vineyards are sustainably farmed in accordance with our founder, Donald Hess’ philosophy; “nurture the land, return what you take.” The bright acidity and creamy mouth feel are well-balanced in the mid-palate. 30% new French oak gives a hint of vanilla in the background.
