2006 Mi Sueno Cabernet Sauvignon
Back in 2000, Mi Sueno identified Coombsville as an area that could produce fruit that was unique to the Napa Valley. While the warm Coombsville days deliver big, bold, full-bodied Cabernet, the cool nights help to maintain their natural acidity. The results are a mouth-pleasing array of freshly roasted espresso beans, mocha, ripe black fruits, and creamy white chocolate. Chewy, well-integrated tannins are further enhanced by the toasted oak you would expect from premium French barrels.
